In addition, you may send your Curriculum Vitae through this website. Your CV is considered to be an x-ray image of your skills. As most CV's do not indicate true skills of a person, it is advisable to visit our office and get our advise from CV specialists so that you will get the right job.
Bio-Data Bank
Your CV will be placed on a bio-data bank for life time and it will be transmitted via the internet to employers around the world. Employers will also have the opportunity to access our bio-data bank online.
If an employer is interested in meeting you for an interview, we will inform you by SMS immediately of such interests and invite you for an interview.
Procedure For Recruiting Workers
Overseas recruitment is governed by the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) Act No 21 of 1985. Companies dealing in overseas recruitment are required to register themselves with the SLBFE and obtain a license, issued under this Act, to carry out business. Licensed Foreign Employment Agencies are required to obtain prior approval from the SLBFE to advertise vacancies and to recruit and dispatch the selected candidates.
